Scott and I had a great time metting up with Katie and Geoff in downtown Bluffton for their engagement session. We are so looking forward to their beautiful wedding on the marsh of the May River! Here is a sneak peek of their session!
Scott and I decided to take advantage of the great weather today get out of the office for a bit and take Henry to Jekyll Island to play on the beach. It is hard to believe that our perky puppy is going to be 3 years old in a few months!
We also noticed that Henry makes some really weird faces when he is playing
The weather down here in Savannah has been so unpredictable as of late. One day there is frost on the ground and the next day is in the 80′s and pouring rain. Even the flowers in the squares have bloomed! We were so happy that the rain had stopped and we were able to meet with Megan and Justin for their Savannah engagement session. Scott and I are so looking forward to their June wedding! Here is a sneak peek of their engagement session!

We have had a very exciting week here at Scott Hopkins Photography! Scott and I just got home from spending the week with some amazing wedding and portrait photographers at WPPI in Las Vegas. More exciting news about that will be coming soon in another blog post. While we were away several pieces of our work have been featured in print and online.
Jules and Josh’s wedding was featured in Savannah Wedding Magazine!
A wonderful beachside portrait of Candice and Hadi’s Cape May wedding was featured in a wonderful article in The Knot about Jersey Shore weddings.

Kevin had given us a call last month asking if we would be able to photograph him popping the question to Sarah while they were on vacation at Sea Island. We of course jumped on the chance to help out with this! After weeks of planning, Scott and I hid behind the trees and captured Kevin asking for Sarah’s hand in marriage. She said yes! We are so happy for these two!
